IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICES

REUNITING FAMILIES AND PROVIDING AFFORDABLE IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICES

Recognized by the Department of Justice (DOJ), Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services program provides pro-bono and affordable, fee-based services to legal immigrants in low-income communities. Under the supervision of a DOJ accredited representative, we help immigrants renew or replace their Green Cards, employment authorization cards, and help immigrants find a path to citizenship.

A STORY OF NEW BEGINNINGS: LORENA & HER SON

Lorena’s son came to the U.S. with a Green Card, but he wanted more. He wanted to become a U.S. citizen. Lorena reached out to our program in hopes of receiving assistance. Our DOJ-certified case managers were able to help her son on his path to citizenship. He has since been sworn in as a U.S. citizen and will be joining the U.S. Army in the fall.

“I couldn’t have done it without, Catholic Charities. Without their help, my son wouldn’t be here, wouldn’t be with me. They did everything to make my family whole.”
