Eileen Seuter

Regional Director

Eileen Seuter assumed the role of Regional Director at Catholic Charities in 2024. With more than three decades dedicated to nonprofit work, she specializes in serving vulnerable populations, focusing on foster care, substance use disorder, mental health, and homeless assistance services. Eileen brings extensive expertise in program administration, service delivery systems administration, and development. Originally from Jacksonville, she holds a master’s degree in social work from Florida State University.

Anna Lindler

Senior Director of Programs

​Anna Lindler joined Catholic Charities in December 2019 as the Senior Director of Community Services and Food Program Manager. She brings with her more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit management from the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, County Board in South Carolina and within Aging, ElderSource and Council on Aging’s in Florida. She is a native of South Carolina and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Lander University.

Michael Ngugi

Senior Director of Finance

Michael is a performance-driven Financial Accountant with over a decade of experience in full-cycle accounting. His focus is to provide accurate financial reporting to support critical organizational decisions.

 Previously, Michael was the Accounting Manager at Feeding Northeast Florida, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, and operations. He also served as a Senior Accountant at Global Teen Challenge, Inc., where he oversaw the full cycle accounting of the nonprofit organization.

 Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.

   Courtney Partin

Director of
Development

Courtney brings extensive experience in nonprofit development and donor relations to her role as Director of Development at Catholic Charities Jacksonville. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in psychology, Courtney has been with CCB since 2021. Having worked in every role within the development department, she gained a well-rounded understanding of the organization’s operations, from orchestrating events to cultivating donor relationships. Courtney is dedicated to building meaningful partnerships and fostering collaboration to secure the resources that support and expand the reach of Catholic Charities’ programs.
